Yeah, not good when I can actually predict several lines down to the word. The ending also gave me some uncomfortable Triton/Ariel vibes, with how much she looks like her mother and all. I'm also annoyed that said mother had to be named "Athena" - what, that was the ancient godess with the most to do with the sea?

Or maybe just they just knew that people who will buy into somebody wiping tears from their eyes underwater might also not be too educated in ancient mythology.
